By downloading, accessing, or using Minoa Baby, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use and Eligibility
Minoa Baby is a baby-care tracking app for parents and caregivers. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and authorized to enter any information you provide about a child. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your account and device secure.
Limited App License
Subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules, Minoa Baby gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. Minoa Baby’s name, design, software, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Not Medical Advice
Minoa Baby does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance. App insights and AI responses are general information only. Contact a qualified clinician for medical concerns and your local emergency service for urgent symptoms or situations.
AI Assistant
Minoa AI can generate incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses. Review responses carefully and do not rely on them as the only source for a care decision. AI output does not replace your judgment or advice from a qualified professional.
Free AI Preview
Minoa Baby may offer eligible new users up to 5 AI questions during the first 7 days. This preview is separate from any Premium trial offered through the App Store and may change or end as the service evolves.
Premium, Trials, and Billing
Premium subscriptions, promotional trials when available, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through the App Store and your Apple ID. The offer shown by Apple before purchase controls the current price, billing period, renewal, trial, and cancellation terms. Deleting your Minoa Baby account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Your Account and Data
You remain responsible for content you enter. You allow Minoa Baby to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is available from Profile settings; see Delete Account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access another person’s account or information without permission.
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the app’s security or access controls.
- Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and Changes
The service may occasionally be unavailable and features may change, be added, or be removed. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, or respond to a serious violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion.
Service Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minoa Baby is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service, subscriptions, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest published revision. If a change is material, an appropriate notice will be provided where required.
