Common Requests
You can contact us for sign-in help, cloud sync questions, notification issues, AI assistant feedback, App Store support, privacy questions, or account deletion.
Account Deletion
To delete your account and associated cloud data, email support@minoa-baby.com from the email address connected to your account. If needed, we will ask you to verify account ownership.
Medical Emergency
Minoa Baby support cannot provide emergency medical advice. If your baby has urgent symptoms, contact your local emergency service or pediatrician immediately.
