Overview
Minoa Baby helps parents and caregivers organize baby care records, reminders, health notes, growth records, and AI-supported general information. We process information to provide these features, sync signed-in accounts, support subscriptions, keep the service reliable, and respond to support requests.
Information We Process
Depending on how you use Minoa Baby, information may include:
- Baby profile details you enter, such as name, birth date, avatar, weight, and height.
- Care logs for feeding, sleep, diapers, bathing, play, health, medicines, reminders, and notes.
- AI questions, assistant responses, and the concise care summaries prepared for those questions.
- Account details such as an email address or Apple sign-in identifier.
- Subscription status and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple; Minoa Baby does not receive your full payment-card details.
- Support correspondence and basic technical information needed to investigate reliability or security issues.
How We Use Information
- Provide, organize, and sync the care information you choose to record.
- Authenticate your account and apply account-level access controls.
- Prepare relevant context when you choose to ask Minoa AI a question.
- Confirm subscription access, provide support, and maintain service reliability and security.
Cloud Sync and Account Protection
When you sign in, cloud data is connected to your authenticated account. Access controls are intended to limit signed-in users to data associated with their account and any care-sharing features they have been authorized to use.
AI Assistant
When you choose to ask Minoa AI a question, the app may send the question and a concise summary of recent care context to a service provider that generates a response. The app is designed not to send every raw care log with every question. AI responses provide general information only and are not medical advice.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Premium purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Minoa Baby may use subscription-status information supplied by Apple to unlock access in the app.
Service Providers
Minoa Baby may use service providers for authentication, cloud storage, subscription status, app infrastructure, website hosting, reliability monitoring, support, and AI responses. They may process information only to the extent required to provide those services and subject to their applicable agreements.
Your Choices and Account Deletion
You can manage information in the app and start account deletion from Profile settings. Deletion removes the account and associated active cloud data, except for limited records that may need to be kept for legal or security reasons. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription. See Delete Account for the current workflow.
Information About Children
Minoa Baby is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to create or operate accounts themselves. The adult account holder is responsible for the information they choose to enter about a child.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a secure device and protect your account credentials.
This Website
The website does not currently include analytics or advertising scripts in its own code. The hosting provider may process basic server logs—such as IP address, requested page, timestamp, and browser information—to deliver and secure the site.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest published revision.
