Account deletion

Delete your account

Minoa Baby includes in-app account deletion for signed-in users. This page explains the workflow and what is removed.

Delete from the App

To delete your account:

  • Open Minoa Baby.
  • Go to Profile.
  • Choose Delete Account.
  • Confirm the deletion prompt.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion removes your Minoa Baby account and associated cloud data, including baby profiles, care logs, growth records, health notes, reminders, AI conversation history, and account-linked settings.

Local Device Data

If any data remains only on your device, deleting the app from your device may remove local app data according to iOS behavior. Cloud account deletion is handled through the in-app deletion flow.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Minoa Baby account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.

If You Cannot Access the App

Email support@minoa-baby.com from the email address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.
